We’re not quite sure how Sync favourite Jerry Williams keeps coming up with the kind of earworms that most singer-songwriters will manage just a couple of times in their career, but her consistency is mighty impressive.
Left and Right follows on from her previous material in that respect but is wildly different in style. Now this song is not actually new as such, in that it has featured in her live shows for a couple of years and was first penned in 2014 by Williams and co-written with Newton Faulkner and his brother Toby. There’s a real Americana edge to this one and it proves her versatility at delivering characterful songs that can portray a whole range of different personas.
