Just what we needed to get through that middle-of-the-week lull, here’s a wonderfully inventive piece of pop from Flight To Moonlight (aka London-based producer Adam Baring).

This debut release sees him create an immediately compelling blend of woodwind synths and West African percussion to round off an innovative piece of songwriting. Sticky Hearts documents the push and pull of a romantic relationship, with the melodic, hooky chorus refrain “Well now my heart goes sticky when you look so pretty”.

It’s a thing of beauty that marks him out as one to watch as far as we’re concerned.
