Following recent single I Hate The Sun, Indigo Lo have released new tune White Noise Pollution. The track was completed during the band’s recent sessions with producer Matt Jones and mixed by Tom Dalgety. Frontman and songwriter Joe Grimshaw says of the track: “It is about control had by whoever’s at the top; looking at the impact that their decisions have on lives on a more personal level.
“I guess whatever was going on at the time made me feel the need to write it, and everyone was feeling weird around that point in autumn 2015. It was only when shit started to get even more real a couple of months after, that the song became more pertinent. It came to life when working on it with (producer) Matt, and he really gave it that sense of grandeur.”
The band have recently played London shows at The Lexington, Sebright Arms, and Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen, as well as a sojourn down to Sync‘s own territory with a show at Exeter’s Cavern a couple of days ago. Further live dates for the remainder of the year and into 2019 will be announced soon.
