It’s hard to remember a gig at which the entire crowd had been dancing before the artist was even on stage, but that’s exactly what happened when Miles Kane played Leicester’s o2 Academy on his latest UK tour. It was thanks to a giant disco ball which had been lowered from the ceiling and caused even more excitement among the crowd for the highly anticipated gig.

Kane says that performing is what he loves to do and it was evident as he performed tracks from his new album, Coup de Grace. He played Loaded, Crying On My Guitar, and Killing The Joke among others.

“Leicester, let’s have it large”, Miles had posted on social media before the show and that is a great way to describe the mood in the venue. Everyone was there for a good time, especially as Miles sounded fantastic with his punky, slick, high-octane sound.
